Responsibilities

A. Recovery strategy & end-to-end workout

• Take charge of the end-to-end loan asset repayment, formulating and executing case specific remedial strategies, including debt restructuring, security enforcement, repossession, and orderly asset disposal in the Bank.

• Operate the SAM regular action loop: track monies collected, refresh case status against multi-signal triggers, and escalate stalled cases on defined timeline.

• Make timely filing and enforcement decisions where insolvency is in prospect.


B. Third-party & legal management

• Liaise with and manage debt collectors, solicitors, valuers, lawyers and real estate agents on issuance of statutory demands and issuance of offer of amicable solution, etc, (or any other cases requiring legal action and third-part appointments).

• Submission of bills (including solicitors, real estate agents, valuers, asset disposal related expenses, etc.) through Financial Management System.


C. Classification, ECL & MAS downgrade governance

• Conduct periodic review and reporting of non-performing borrowers with justification for ECL proposed and appropriate MAS downgrade.

• Apply forbearance classification wherever the facts trigger it.

• Take charge of the annual review of Bank’s Credit Risk Management Policy, Procedures, and Guidelines (1. Collections and Classified Credit Management and 2. Post-approval Monitoring, etc.).

• Attend and participate in CRMC meetings, including but not limited to identifying and addressing audit findings and presenting as and when required.


Requirements

• University degree holder with at least 10 years’ experience in asset/loans recovery of corporate and SME borrowers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good team player.

• Knowledge in setting up loans recovery system will be a plus point.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep technical expertise across Corporate Banking technology platforms, especially Core Banking System, Loan Origination and Credit Processing System , and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enable end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Lead technical solutioning and system design for projects and system enhancements; identify architecture and performance gaps and define remediation plans to improve platform stability, scalability, and performance.
  • Serve as technical project manager, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines, resource and budget. Own development planning, system integration design, and delivery execution across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Define, implement, comply with technical standards, processes, and best practices for Corporate Banking product and system implementation.

Requirements

  • Sound domain knowledge in Core Banking System, Loan Origination & Credit Processing System , and good to have knowledge in at least one of the follow two areas, 1) client origination and account opening, 2) internet banking / open banking / mobile banking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience within the Banking industry, with strong understanding of end-to-end banking processes.
  • Proven ability to interpret local regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. MAS guidelines) and translate them into technical and architectural implementations.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of modern technology stacks, including public cloud platforms, Kubernetes, messaging (MQ), APIs, and microservices architectures.

  • Responsible for managing liquidity, structural interest rates and regulatory risks for the bank.

Responsibilities

This role calls for a proactive, structured Project Manager dedicated to driving the success of our critical Enterprise Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application projects. You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle- from initial planning, budgeting, and risk management to successful operational handover. You will act as a key liaison, aligning internal teams, strategic vendors, and stakeholders across varying levels of complexity. Additionally, you will lead and deliver strategic data management workstreams within budget. Success in this role requires strong governance discipline, attention to detail, and a commitment to seeing initiatives through data ingestion and quality assurance to final operational transition.


Responsibilities

Project Initiation & Planning

  • Partner with stakeholders to establish project objectives, success metrics, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Develop and maintain essential project artefacts, including charters, schedules, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
  • Manage project estimates, budgeting, and procurement processes (e.g., SOWs and POs) while continuously balancing scope and time constraints to optimize on-time delivery.

Execution, Delivery & Transition

  • Direct multi-disciplinary internal teams, external vendors, and System Integrators (SIs) to deliver secure, fit-for-purpose solutions

Requirements

  • 12+ years directing large-scale IT transformations, spanning infrastructure overhauls, core application rollouts, and cybersecurity programmes within the financial services sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Certification on PMP, CITPM, or PRINCE2; Agile credentials (e.g., CSM, SAFe) are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking operation and financial products
  • Proficiency in technical project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to monitor sprint velocity and technical debt.

About the Role

As a FX Trader for Treasury, you will be responsible for management of risk and generating trading revenue with a focus on FX spot, deliverable forwards and swaps. This role will report to the Head of Treasury.


Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute proprietary trading strategies across FX products.
  • Manage FX exposures to minimize liquidity and regulatory risks, as well as adhering to internal risk limits.
