Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.

· Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.

· To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.

· Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.

· Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter

· Implement and ensure QC plan

· Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.

· To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing /mock-up

· To verify VO and prepare back charges.

· Attend sub-con meetings.

· To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI(Arch)

· Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade

· demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.

· Complete design studies and monitor builds

· Create work schedules.

· To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.

· Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management.

· Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

· Relevant HDB experience will be added advantage.

Requirements

· Degree in Architectural or a related discipline

· Relevant qualification of certificates in architectural discipline

· Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth

· progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.

· Preferably completed QM project

· Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

· Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.

· Min. 5-8 years experience in Singapore construction projects.

· High degree of initiative and strong analytical skill

· Knowledge in A&A works / Project works welcome

Salary $4000 - $4700

Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary

· To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.

· Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.

· Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.

· Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.

· Assist the Project Manager on all M&E matters.

· Hold technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.

· Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.

Job Requirement

· 08 years relevant experience.

· Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent recognised by PE Board

-Only Singaporeans.

· Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements.

· Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters.

· Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

· Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms schedule and cost.

· Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.

· Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.

· Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly.

· Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project.

· Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 10 Years Experience in similar capacity. (Preferred Term Contract Experience).

- Able to work independently and lead project team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software.

Salary $6,000.00-$11K

•Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects.

•Ensure sound administration and communication flow between the project team and the other related parties (internal and external);

•Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover the project.

•Supervise Works done on Site

•Attend immediately to any malfunction or breakdown of any installation.

•Attend site meeting and follow up project documentation and bill of quantity.

Educational Qualifications

•Diploma or certificates in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management,

or a related field

•Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management within the

construction industry. (Term Contract Experience Preferred)

Technical Skills

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
