You will lead client advisory engagements spanning either AI-driven workforce transformation, M&A and integration, executive compensation, and org effectiveness. This includes partnering with clients to redesign workforce strategies in the context of automation and evolving skills, supporting HR due diligence and post-merger integration across transactions, advising boards and investors on performance-aligned compensation structures, and strengthening leadership capability and organisational design to enable high-performance cultures.
The role is highly commercial and client-facing, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, boards, and private equity investors. You will contribute to business development, thought leadership, and the continued evolution of the firm’s consulting offerings, particularly at the intersection of AI, people strategy, and value creation

Experience across either workforce transformation, M&A advisory, and executive compensation consulting is essential, alongside exposure to AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives.
You will demonstrate deep expertise in organisational and workforce transformation in a consulting context, experience advising on or executing M&A transactions including integration, and strong knowledge of executive compensation frameworks and governance. You will combine commercial acumen with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive revenue, alongside a global mindset and experience working across multiple geographies.
