**Position Overview**
The Business Analytics Intern is responsible for supporting the sales organization across its tools, processes and data. In close collaboration with sales management and sales team, to provide daily sales operation support and help the sales on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales process management. The intern will also have the opportunity to delve into some areas of digital marketing. The role requires a person who is comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, managing conflicts and trade offs, and is an enabler of cross-functional clarity, communication, and execution through followership and driving accountability.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the Sales team on related Business Reporting and on-demand Business Analysis.
- Track Business Health and Highlight Potential Risks.
- Develop Sales Matrix/Index and enable the Sales Strategy.
- Develop effective Operation Management Process.
- Responsible for tendering commercial documentation preparation.
- Support sales team on Framework agreement implementation.
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions for process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program standard work and documentation.
- Assist in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
- Utilize market research findings to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in our digital marketing strategies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Revenue Operations and Commercial Excellence.
**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate with bachelor's degree or in a technical (Science, Engineering, Mathematics etc.) or business-related (Data Science preferred) field.
- Good skills and performing knowledge on Excel (analytics, statistics, macro functions) and Analysis tools (Power BI).
- Good business sense and knowledge on Data and Data Management. Programming skills preferred in Python, R or equivalent.

**Role Overview**
The Service Intern will support the Customer Success & Relationship Management team in delivering efficient service operations and high-quality customer experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to gas detection lifecycle management, including repair coordination, device staging, logistics, commissioning support and backend documentation.
The intern will also gain experience working with key business systems such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Salesforce and Oracle, supporting data tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Service & Repair Coordination** Support the tracking and coordination of device repairs, ensuring timely turnaround and accurate documentation.
+ **Device Staging & Commissioning Support** Assist in staging gas detection equipment and preparing units for deployment, including basic configuration and readiness checks.
+ **Logistics & Inventory Support** Coordinate shipment, receipt, and inventory tracking of devices and accessories, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
+ **Order Processing Support** Assist in raising and tracking orders within internal systems (e.g. Oracle), ensuring alignment with customer and operational requirements.
+ **Backend Documentation & Reporting** Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer data, and operational updates using internal systems and tools.
+ **Data Analysis & Dashboard Support** Support data consolidation and reporting using Power BI and Excel, helping the team derive insights from operational and customer data.
+ **CRM System Support** Update and maintain customer information, service records, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
+ **Process Improvement Initiatives** Assist in identifying inefficiencies and support continuous improvement efforts within CSRM operations.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration** Work closely with Service, Sales and Technical teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

**JOB DESCRIPTION - Technical Service Engineer (1-Year Contract)**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Execute depot repairs and iNet SaaS exchanges for gas detection systems, ensuring strict compliance with product specifications.
On-Site Services and Equipment Commissioning: Conduct on-site surveys, training, demonstrations, and commissioning of portable gas detection equipment. This includes sensor calibration, docking station installation, and other connected safety implementations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and CSRM departments to align on customer needs, escalate critical issues, and drive their resolution.
Process Optimization and Implementation: Implement and optimize customer onboarding, training, and support processes in line with global standards and regional requirements.
Sales Opportunity Identification: Identify and act upon upsell and cross-sell opportunities through in-depth customer engagement and value-based conversations.
Company Representation: Represent Industrial Scientific at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to strengthen customer relationships and enhance brand presence.
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE / WORK EXPERIENCE
Educational Background: A Polytechnic Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing) is strongly preferred.
Alternative Qualifications: Candidates with ITE or other technical certifications may also be considered if they have strong relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in a related technical field is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in service, repair, technical support, production, or field service roles is required, with preference given to those with experience in an industrial or high-tech/hardware/portable device environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems, technical documentation, and root cause analysis tools is essential. Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement methodologies are a plus. Prior experience in customer interaction or on-site service work is also an advantage.
This position will be assigned or seconded to **Industrial Scientific Corporation Pte Ltd** ("ISC") and the position will be reporting to Manager for Application Engineering Manager, APAC of ISC during the contractual period.

In this role, as Sales Director of the SEA region, you will be proactively leading, developing and coaching the SEA sales teams, managing the sales plans to both achieving key qualitative and quantitative goals with targeted profitability, and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction for Fluke in SEA.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties
· Being accountable for achieving assigned order intake, shipment, targeted margin, and related objectives for Fluke in SEA including all product lines.
· Setting up clear sales objectives and goals and allocating target by segments and by sales territories.
· Developing and maintaining healthy distribution network across the SEA region. Achieving balanced channel structure of direct sale and e-Commerce to maximize business coverage.

Qualification

· Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and cross-cultural business practice.
· Proven success in managing multi-country sales operations and achieving growth target.
