Responsibilities
- Provide operations/logistics support for exhibitions, conferences and events organised/managed by the company, including tenanted events in Changi Exhibition Centre.
- Produce the exhibition information and order manual and ensure that the information provided is complete and up to date.
- Develop budgets and manage expenses.
- Manage floor plan to ensure maximum yield.
- Approve stand designs and manage stand contractors to ensure compliance to event, venue and authority requirements.
- Evaluate, review and propose appointment of contractors and manage them to ensure quality or product/services, timely delivery of tasks and compliance to authority requirements.
- Ensure compliance to authority requirements, e.g.: Work, Health and Safety Act, FSSD, BCA, etc.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder.
- 2 - 3 years working experience in the exhibition industry, preferably in a similar position in an exhibition/event organiser or experience in exhibition/conference industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess good planning, organisational skills.

- Measuring outputs and outcomes of planned marketing tactics, to drive finetuning of strategies for the next edition.
- Helping to manage the IT aspects of event registrations.
Requirements
- Degree holder is preferred or a minimum Diploma.
- At least 5 years of proven marketing experience.

You will be part of the team responsible for planning, coordinating, and fulfilling the delivery of hospitality services to VIPs, clients, and guests attending Experia-organised events, including the Singapore Airshow and IMDEX Asia. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
Scope of work will include but not limited to the following:
- Your primary role is to be an effective coordinator to oversee the planning, management, execution; and fulfilment of hospitality for Experia Hospitality Services clients and guests. This includes accommodation; transport and formalities services; meeting and dining amenities; tours and experiences etc.
- You are expected to liaise closely with Experia Hospitality Services customers, clients and partners to ensure clients have a positive experience. This entails navigating complex hospitality issues and finding effective solution to meet the needs, expectations, and standards of the clients.
- Support the development and promotion of Experia Hospitality Services. This includes activities and efforts in business development, marketing, partners engagement and management, planning and operations etc.

- Support the Manager in the day-to-day coordination of hospitality arrangements for hosted VIPs and dignitaries, covering air travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodation.
- Liaise with local and foreign government bodies (e.g. ministries, statutory boards, embassies) and commercial vendors on day-to-day operational matters to ensure hosted guests have a positive experience.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and trackers for delegate itineraries, accommodation bookings and transport schedules.

- Help train, brief, and supervise interns/temp staff deployed to support hospitality operations at key events, under the Manager's direction.

- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions and related event components.
