JOB SCOPE
- Manage and oversee New Business and Policy Servicing cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key liaison with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT, and distribution channels to resolve complex cases, enquiries, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to operational controls, service standards, and governance requirements, while driving improvements in turnaround time and service quality.
- Participate in and support system enhancements and transformation initiatives, including requirement gathering, impact assessment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
- Create a positive perception of Etiqa within Maybank that stimulates high levels of Bancassurace performance from Maybank sales staff.
- Development and growth of Bancassurance sales within the Retail, Privilege and Premier segments

Qualifications

About the Role

Job Description
