We are a corporate employee benefits advisory firm helping companies review and improve their staff insurance and benefit programmes. We are looking for confident and professional telesales specialists who are comfortable speaking with HR, Finance, and decision-makers in companies. This role focuses on B2B outreach calling companies to start conversations around their employee benefits renewal and arranging appointments for our consultants.
Responsibilities
- Call companies to introduce our corporate employee benefits review services and initiate meaningful conversations
- Speak professionally with gatekeepers, HR, Finance, and management-level contacts to build rapport and gain access
- Identify renewal cycles and decision-makers responsible for employee benefits to target outreach effectively
- Explain the value of reviewing employee benefit plans, including medical, insurance, and wellness programs, to generate interest
- Set qualified appointments for corporate consultants to advance the sales process
- Record call outcomes and detailed notes accurately in our CRM or tracking sheet to maintain up-to-date client information
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in B2B telesales or corporate cold calling demonstrating ability to engage business clients
- Comfort and confidence speaking with HR, finance teams, and business owners to facilitate discussions
- Understanding or exposure to corporate insurance, employee benefits, or HR solutions is a strong advantage
- Ability to handle gatekeepers professionally and confidently to reach decision-makers
- Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette for effective communication
- Resilience, persuasiveness, and results-driven mindset to achieve outreach goals
- Ability to work independently while following call scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency
- Experience in insurance, employee benefits, payroll, HR solutions, or corporate services is a plus
- Previous success in selling or setting appointments for B2B services adds value
- Familiarity with terms like group medical, employee benefits, corporate insurance, and staff welfare is beneficial
