**Location** - Tuas, Singapore
Reporting to the department owner, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing Department to ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.
**Your key responsibilities**
+ Weigh or measures materials and mix them in a prescribed manner utilizing a variety of compounding equipment for a specified duration
+ Submit samples to Quality Control for approval and complete all required paperwork related to production
+ Check materials for specific characteristics (e.g., color, odor) and follow formula instructions
+ Fill and pack finished products and/or intermediates.
+ Locate and verify materials to match order and labels, generates product/sample labels, inspect exterior and interior of containers before filling and handling
+ Operate a forklift and other material-moving equipment when needed

Create and maintain an effective, fit for purpose, network of Contract Manufacturers and Tollers for Market Ready Solutions (MRS) as well as potential expansion of the network to non-MRS projects in the region and manage the performance of the manufacturing network.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**
1. Project Management
2. Lead the project management of MRS projects, as well as non-MRS projects launching out of CMO/tollers: ensuring clear scope definition, integrated planning, milestone tracking, and on-time delivery.
3. Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment, escalating critical issues and ensuring robust execution through close coordination with internal teams and external partners.
4. Drive and embed innovation governance frameworks (Stage-Gate) across projects, ensuring structured progression from ideation to commercialization, with defined decision gates, risk assessments, and cross-functional alignment.
5. 3P Operations
6. Drive the Demand and Supply discussions in S&OP, and ensure Production, Scheduling and Material Management for all/ assigned Contract Manufactured products
7. Manage the resolution of operational concerns with CMO/tollers to deliver better service performance
8. Work with procurement, quality teams and supply chain teams to effectively build and manage contracts, cost negotiations, and service and quality standards
9. Work with quality teams to review the Quality Management Systems at CMO/Tollers in order to ensure that all products that are released are safe, follow specification, meet applicable legislation and comply with DSM-Firmenich QA standards and processes
10. 3P CMO/Toller Management
11. Drive periodic review and reporting of CMO/Toller performance against assigned KPIs targets, analyzing deviations and taking corrective and preventive measures.
12. Drive the implementation of new products and processes at our Contract Manufacturers/Tollers.
13. Work with procurement to build the start up or phase out of engagements with CMO/Toller as necessary
