Customer Front-Desk Officer
Salary Min $2.2k - $3.5 (plus additional incentives)

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Provide information on spa services and products
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience in customer service or Beauty, Spa-Wellness industry is an advantage

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Beauty and Slimming Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy, slimming treatments, and customer service. You will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, performing advanced treatments, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct skin and body analysis to recommend suitable treatments
- Provide professional consultation and aftercare advice to clients
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Upsell relevant products and packages to clients
- Mentor and guide junior therapists
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty and slimming trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Beauty and Slimming industry
- Relevant certifications in beauty therapy and slimming treatments
- Strong knowledge of skincare, body contouring, and slimming techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
