We are looking for a hands-on and service-driven Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Service Crew to support daily operations and help build the guest experience from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure high standards of guest experience, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Coordinate reservations, table planning, and guest requests
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with inventory, ordering, supplier coordination, and operational planning
- Support outlet activations, campaigns, and events when required
- Maintain service consistency and team discipline in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in F&B or hospitality operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead a team and remain composed during busy service periods
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience in premium dining or lifestyle concepts
- Familiarity with reservation systems and POS systems
- Interest in branding, customer experience, or social media
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus

Job Description
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Marketing Executive (Videography & Editing) to join our marketing team.
This role is suitable for someone who is strong in video production, social media content creation, and marketing execution. You will be involved in shooting and editing short-form video content for our F&B brands, including restaurants, lifestyle concepts, campaigns, promotions, events, and brand launches.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating a camera, filming food and lifestyle content, editing videos for social media platforms, and understanding how content can support brand awareness, engagement, reservations, and sales.
Video Production & Editing
- Shoot high-quality videos and photos for restaurants, food, events, campaigns, launches, and social media content.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging video content such as food features, promo videos, behind-the-scenes content, event highlights, KOL content, brand storytelling, and social media trends.
- Handle basic colour correction, audio adjustment, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics where needed.
- Ensure all videos follow each brand’s visual direction, tone, and marketing objectives.
- Assist in planning social media content calendars and campaign content ideas.
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts for promotions, launches, festive campaigns, and events.
- Understand current social media trends and adapt them to suit the company’s F&B brands.
- Support marketing campaigns by creating content that helps drive engagement, bookings, footfall, and brand awareness.
- Assist with content uploads, captions, scheduling, and basic social media management where required.
- Create English and Chinese copy, hooks, subtitles, and captions for social media content, including Xiaohongshu.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots across different outlets.
- Work with chefs, service teams, KOLs, talents, and external vendors during shoots.
- Organise and maintain video/photo files in a structured manner.
- Experience in videography, video editing, content creation, or social media marketing.
- Able to shoot videos confidently using a camera.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, audio, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
- Strong command of English and Chinese for captions, scripts, subtitles, hooks, and text overlays.
- Able to create visually appealing content that supports marketing campaigns.
- Creative, proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good eye for food, lifestyle, branding, and social media trends.
- Portfolio of past video/photo work is required.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, events, or agency work.
- Basic photography skills.
- Experience with paid ads content, KOL content, or campaign videos.
- Hands-on involvement in multiple F&B and lifestyle brands.
