What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in financial or quantitative risk management within banking, fintech, payments, or broader financial services.
  • Proven success leading large-scale risk programmes and multidisciplinary teams in complex, regulated environments.
  • Deep expertise in one or more major financial risk disciplines, with broad exposure across enterprise financial risk management.
  • Experience developing risk frameworks, stress testing programmes, capital management approaches, and strategic risk oversight capabilities.
  • Demonstrated engagement with financial regulators and governance bodies.
  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in business, finance, economics, risk management, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA, or CPA are highly regarded.

As the Associate Director of Supply Chain Operation s, you will spearhead the operational strategy and execution for our external business portfolio. You will orchestrate end-to-end Distribution Centre (DC) operations, govern external vendor ecosystems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-optimization, and exceptional service delivery to our customers.


Strategic Leadership & Financial Management

  • Direct organisational operations to ensure tight alignment with corporate strategy, policies, and overarching business objectives.
  • Own operational budgeting and forecasting , preparing executive-level schedules, financial tracking, and organisational performance reports.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) , taking ultimate accountability for critical metrics including Inventory Accuracy, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and the minimisation of Customer Claims.

Distribution & Inventory Excellence

  • Command daily Distribution Centre (DC) operations , ensuring all internal and external customer requirements are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Optimise inventory and stock levels , implementing robust control frameworks that align with company guidelines and minimize working capital while protecting fulfillment rates.
  • Govern the external vendor ecosystem , directing 3PLs and service providers—including transporters, picking, unstuffing, and labelling contractors—to ensure rigorous SLA compliance and high-quality output.
