We’re looking for a meticulous Business Operations Administrator to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is perfect for someone with sharp organization skills and a knack for communication and coordination.
What you'll be doing:
Office Administration
- Manage daily office administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, internal discussions, and external appointments, including arranging meeting rooms and logistics.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment servicing, and administrative support services.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and staff activities, including venue arrangements and logistics coordination.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records and company documents.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and general office enquiries.
- Welcome and attend to visitors, ensuring a professional and pleasant office experience.
- Ensure the office environment and common areas are well maintained and organized.
Administrative Coordination
- Provide administrative support to Management and internal teams where required.
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and general documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for business trips when required.
- Support internal process documentation and record management.
HR Administrative Support (Limited Scope)
- Manage Work Permit applications and renewals.
- Assist with preparation and e-filing of HR documents such as employment letters and staff records.
- Support coordination of interviews and onboarding arrangements when required.
- Maintain basic employee records and assist with administrative documentation for HR processes.
General Duties
- Provide support for other administrative projects and duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative and/oroffice support experience.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in afast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Responsible, meticulous, and a good teamplayer.

We’re looking for a talented M&E Manager to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of M&E systems, who can effectively translate complex technical information into clear, actionable reports and communications.
What you'll be doing:
- Review tender requirements from Clients/Consultants, not limiting to tender documents, drawings, site surveys and tender briefs
- Attend site show-round, tender interview and meetings as and when necessary
- Liaise with internal project members for integrating of M&E design into proposals
- Develop M&E designs and layouts for proposals
- Develop cost proposals according to the design intend
- Source for and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
- Proposed value engineering for M&E designs
- Ensure tender submissions/proposals are fully complied with Clients’/Consultants’ requirements
- Ensure tender submissions/proposals are aligned to industry norms and adheres to local authorities’ standards and compliance
- Negotiate and procure materials and services for awarded contracts
- Prepare, submit and discuss project cost variations with Clients/Consultants
- Review and certify claims from suppliers and contractors
- Carry out other duties, activities as maybe directed by the company from time to time, either through its Management or the Employee’s direct reporting superior
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant M&E experience
- Good safety knowledge and attitude
- Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage pressure

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid financial acumen, and the ability to manage accounting tasks while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and issue invoices, including progress claims, and maintain proper documentation for all billings.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date receivable records.
- Verify and process supplier invoices and subcontractor claims.
- Prepare payment vouchers, ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile suppliers’ statements and handle payment-related queries.

We’re looking for skilled ACMV Engineer to join our Singapore office as we continue growing across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone with strong AC system design and drafting skills especially in office building renovations, and the ability to handle projects while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare detailed ACMV drawings, schematics, and specifications (ducting, piping, equipment layout).
- Ensure designs align with interior design concepts (ceiling coordination, diffuser placement, etc.).
- Work closely with interior designers to integrate ACMV systems without compromising aesthetics.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent & amend drawing based on site conditions by not compromising aesthetics and quality.
- Ensure all ACMV designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Plan and coordinate resources, subcontractors, and teams for efficient project delivery.
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and briefs to define project scope.
- Prepare presentation slides of ACMV design for tenders.
- Manage subcontractors and teams to ensure timely, quality project execution.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management team or immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of designing ACMV system for offices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of drafting AC design into drawing using Autocad application.
- Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
