You will also be responsible for boosting Citadel Search’s brand presence through developing engaging and interactive social media initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
HUMAN RESOURCE
- Learn the Citadel Search’s robust 7-step Search Methodology.
- Understand various industries and market works.
- Develop targeted job descriptions and compelling executive summaries.
- Identify and qualify suitable candidates for job roles.
- Grow our outreach to communities to reach target candidates.
- Leverage latest AI tools to enhance various recruitment processes.
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Conduct market research and generate effective marketing campaigns suitable for our target audience.
- Drive exciting marketing campaign initiatives by designing attractive marketing collaterals, conceptualising and curating interactive marketing content to increase engagement and growing social media presence on all our social media platforms.
- Immerse in new and innovative marketing technology tools to effectively plan, create, schedule, and publish content on our marketing/digital channels.
- Utilize analytical tools to understand the source of traffic to our website.
Requirements:
- Passionate about people-centric work and interested in the field of Human Resource
- Enjoy interacting with people and making a difference in people’s careers
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills with a flair in creating creative content
- Ability to work with WordPress
- Adept with basic design/Photoshop/Canva skills

Land Surveyor

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor who will be responsible for overseeing all surveying activities across construction projects. In this role, you will conduct land and site surveys, manage survey data, and work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate measurements and mapping in support of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all surveying activities and setting out works for the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Perform topographic and boundary surveys as required
- Utilize modern surveying equipment and software to collect, process, and analyse survey data
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams , and other stakeholders to align survey activities with project timelines and objectives
- Communicate survey findings clearly to the construction team, providing instructions and guidance based on survey data
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues related to survey data and site measurements
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all survey activities, including regular audits to verify data accuracy
- Ensure all survey instruments and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained
- Prepare detailed survey reports , maps, and documentation , maintaining organized records in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Provide regular progress updates and findings to project management
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Surveying , or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a land surveying role
- Prior experience in land surveying and setting out works on Singapore LTA, rail , or large-scale construction projects is preferred
- Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD

Site Engineer
We are looking for Site Engineers who will oversee construction activities and progress. In this role, you will plan, implement, and monitor work, ensuring progress is achieved according to the set schedule and quality standards. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction activities and progress
- Plan, implement and monitor work
- Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work program
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
- Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors
- Handle technical and engineering problems
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure project is progressing according to schedule
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time
- Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
- Manage and control workers , monitoring their work closely to keep site safe and neat
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent, open to fresh grads
