Established in 2009, Cambiaso Risso Asia Pte Ltd is an independent risk consultant and insurance and reinsurance broker highly specialised in Marine Insurance. The Singapore entity is part of to the Cambiaso Risso Group and plays a key role in supporting clients across Asia from our Singapore office.
Responsibilities
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Company’s daily operations and providing shared administrative support to the team. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders effectively.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Front Office Operations
- Manage the reception area by answering and directing incoming calls, as well as welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
- Ensure visitors are attended to promptly, including preparing refreshments when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area, meeting rooms, and visitor areas.
- Perform ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned.
Executive Support
- Provide shared administrative support to key management team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visa applications, travel insurance, and detailed travel itineraries.
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate meeting logistics, and take meeting minutes where required.
- Prepare and submit expense claims and reimbursement requests, together with supporting documentation, in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate visits, meetings, and engagement activities with external stakeholders, business partners, and clients, including venue bookings, meeting room arrangements, catering, and logistics.
Office Administration
- Oversee office supplies, pantry inventory, name card orders, office equipment, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and building management to support the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Diploma/relevant certification in Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Description
As an Executive in Destination Management, you will play a pivotal role in both the operational and administrative aspects of the department. Reporting to the Manager, Destination Management, you will be responsible for:
Administrative Support:
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client communications.
- Preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and other documentation to ensure timely closure of cruise assignments.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistics for the Destination Management team.
- Maintaining up-to-date databases and filing systems for all operational activities.
Planning & Operations:
- Planning and arranging ground transportation, hotel bookings, shore excursions, and related services for cruise ship guests.
- Assisting in manpower planning and rostering for field operations.
- Supporting the creation and implementation of new tour programs and operational procedures.
- Conducting field work when cruise ships or guests are in town, which may include weekends and public holidays.
- Assisting in the preparation of operational plans prior to ship or guest arrivals.
Education & Experience
- Diploma holder
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in cruise management, inbound travel agency, or administrative roles within the hospitality or travel sector.
- Proven experience in office administration, planning, and coordination.
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays when required
Skills & Competencies
- Administrative Excellence: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Planning & Coordination: Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and execute complex schedules and logistics.
- Digital Proficiency: Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for managing itineraries, bookings, and reports.
- Attention to Detail: High standards of accuracy in documentation, booking confirmations, and customer communications.
- Teamwork & Communication: Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
As an Account Handler, you will play a key support role within the Broking Department. Working closely under the guidance of Account Managers and Senior Brokers, you will coordinate documentation, maintain accurate records, manage administrative workflows, and ensure smooth and timely servicing of client and insurer requirements.
This role is critical to maintaining high technical accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in the broking process.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare essential broking documentation, including quotations, placement slips, schedules, cover notes, endorsements, addenda, draft policies, and debit/credit notes.
- Submit documents to broking support staff, insurers, and clients, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor clients’ statements of accounts and maintain timely updates in internal systems.
- Process, code, sort and distribute incoming correspondence related to Marine Insurance business.
- Maintain filing discipline, including tracking, updating, storing, and retrieving documents as required.
- Input marine underwriting data into internal systems with accuracy and consistency.
- Provide administrative and operational backup for colleagues during absences.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Diploma and/or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Insurance, or related fields.
- Prior experience in an insurance broking environment is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in marine insurance are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of general insurance concepts; marine insurance knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to read, verify and organise insurance documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong documentation and formatting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to error‑free work.
- Good organisation and time-management skills; able to follow structured workflows and manage multiple tasks.
