**Sales Enablement & Strategic Marketing Support**
+ Develop and execute marketing strategies that support aircraft sales objectives, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement.
+ Partner with the regional Aircraft Sales Team to ensure access to the right marketing initiatives and experiences to engage UHNWI clients effectively.
+ Provide regional insights and recommendations to optimize brand awareness, customer experience, and sales performance.
+ Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
**Events & Marketing Execution**
+ Support major regional events organized by the event team, such as airshows, Formula 1 week, and other high-profile industry events, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with global and regional objectives.
+ Plan and independently execute regional marketing initiatives outlined in the strategy, including static displays, bespoke hospitality events, collaborations, and other customer focus initiatives targeting our audiences.

**Digital & Agency Management**
+ Oversee the regional marketing agency in China to create and activate social media content, including WeChat and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the regional marketing strategy.
+ Ensure digital campaigns and content are consistent with brand objectives while tailored to regional needs and the UHNWI audience.
**Stakeholder Management**
+ Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing teams in Montreal to ensure strategic alignment and operational support.
+ Work closely with the regional sales team to provide timely marketing support and ensure initiatives effectively drive engagement and acquisition of UHNWI clients.
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ You have 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in aviation, luxury goods, or high-end B2B industries.
+ You have proven experience leading regional marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong understanding and focus on the UHNWI audience.
+ You have experience managing agencies and external partners in content creation and campaign execution.
+ You are fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); additional APAC languages are a plus.
+ You have strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the UHNWI audience in APAC & Greater China.
+ You are proficient in social media platforms, including WeChat, and other digital marketing tools.
+ You possess exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across time zones.

**Position Summary**
Headed by Lead Aircraft Engineer, the Engineer is considered to be part of the operations group and is responsible for perform or supervise work on aircraft or aircraft components and to promote an open communication with all other related departments personnel.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance on customer aircraft in complying with Bombardier Policies & Procedures and Aviation Authorities Rules and Regulations.
+ Perform inspection, make adjustment and repair, replace components, and correct any malfunction or deficiency with and without power applied to the aircraft.
+ Access and re-install aircraft components, which obstruct the performance of the assigned tasks.
+ Perform basic mechanical and electrical removals and installation.
+ Document work performed per quality procedure manual.
+ Perform other tasks cleaning aircraft using approved materials, methods, and equipment, and loads and secures ballast and/or freight as required.
+ Assist with fueling/ defueling aircraft as required.
+ Assist Aircraft Technicians in troubleshooting and repairing of aircraft.
+ Assist with repairs on components detached from the aircraft, for example, flaps, ailerons, elevators, rudders, doors, and leading edges.
+ Work on aircraft as well as in component shops.
+ Assist with complex repairs at on-site and off-site locations.
+ Assist other employees in the performance of their duties within area(s) of qualification.
**Qualifications**

+ You have Minimum Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License with at least 3 years signing off in Singapore, CAAS licensed preferred and experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance.

**Position Summary**
The buyer plays a pivotal role to ensure the timely acquisition of parts and materials needed to service customer aircraft by planning and forecasting part and material requirements and coordinating acquisition with internal and external suppliers and materials personnel.
Responsibilities:
+ Evaluate suppliers to be selected and maintain the Approved Suppliers List (ASL).
+ Purchase material within approved budget.
+ Place all types of purchase orders and ensure that purchased products, tools or services conforms to specified purchase requirements.
+ Ensure that parts are ordered from suppliers on the ASL and that part repairs and overhauls are only subcontracted to organizations on the ASL.
+ Generate all purchase order requests through the Purchase Order system in SAP.
+ Arrange in and outbound shipments with forwarders which include co-ordinate customs clearance.
+ Monitor timely deliveries, and inform the Material Manager if orders are delayed.
+ Provide approved replacement parts and materials to support repair station maintenance activities.

**Qualification**

+ Serve as Bombardier's expert in compliance with export control regulations, laws, and sanctions for all Bombardier related activity in Australia, Singapore and throughout Asia.
+ Assist with U.S. and Canadian export control regulations, laws, and sanctions.
+ Management of export control compliance for Bombardier's defense business in Asia with respect to aircraft, parts and maintenance services.
+ Oversee, provide guidance to, and work with export control designated officials at various sites within the organization around the world.

+ It is a plus if you have strong knowledge of US export requirements like Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
