Job Description

+ Ensure listing and availability of BI products as required.
+ Generate prescriptions and create demand using available resources, tools, and training.

2.Execute Sales Action Plans with excellence
+ Fully understand and validate Sales Action Plans.
+ Plan logistics to support execution.

3.Customer Relationship Management
+ Maintain correct and complete customer data base
+ Develop and validate effective Sales Action Plans

+ Utilize Veeva functions such as Event Management, Surveys, and Coaching for Effectiveness (CfE).
4.Superior Selling Capability-
+ Demonstrate strong knowledge in disease areas, clinical trials, products, marketing strategies, and competition.
+ Apply advanced selling skills aligned with marketing strategies using the Customer Engagement Model (CEM).
5.Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct
+ Adhere to all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.

+ Serve as a role model in upholding compliance standards.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science-related field.
+ Strong knowledge in industry/product, selling skills, sales action planning, customer relationship management, self-development, communication, planning and organizing, and IT literacy.
+ Direct selling experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
+ Preference may be given to candidates who do not require work visa sponsorship.

The Regional Senior Legal Counsel is a strategic advisor and enabler to the Human Pharma business in ROPU ASKAN. The Regional Senior Legal Counsel partners closely with Human Pharma leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure that business objectives are delivered faster, compliantly and responsibly, in line with company values and regulatory expectations.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
**·** **Strategic Business Partnership**
+ Act as a trusted legal advisor and sparring partner to Human Pharma leadership (Commercial, Medical, Market Access and enabling functions).

+ Anticipate legal risks arising from new business models, launches, partnerships and external engagements, and address them proactively

**Requirements**
+ Fully qualified lawyer with relevant jurisdictional admission.
+ Post qualification experience of 5-7 years.
+ Solid experience in legal practice and pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, life-sciences or regulated industries preferably in a regional or multi‑country environment.
+ Strong business acumen and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
+ Sound judgement and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

This role provides the opportunity for the candidate to learn about the pharmaceutical industry, and how digital projects & related operations support the business. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by operationally supporting our marketing and medical teams in executing their CX & digital projects. He/she will have the chance to see these initiatives work at a regional level in our countries including ASEAN, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. He/she will also get to work remotely with colleagues from different countries, not just in our region, but also from Germany, Spain and India, among others.
