Role Summary
Blue Leaf Energy is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to report to the Chief People Office (CPO). This role will be responsible for administrative and organisational support to the C-suites and overseeing general office and event management which include ensuring the day-to-day running of the head office and effectively to meet the needs of the office and the group.
How You Will Make an Impact
a) Office Management & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming work environment
- Manage office facilities, vendors, service providers, and contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality
- Coordinate procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters and operational queries
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup, access, and coordination with relevant teams
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities
- Responsible for event management in office including event set-up, event co-ordination, liaising with vendors and internal departments
- Develop, maintain, and improve office policies, processes, and administrative systems
- Be one of the champions of the Staff Expenses and Travel system
- Own and manage card payment channel strategy and relations
- Own and manage the travel program and system
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
b) Executive Assistant Support
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to C-suite such as submission of expense claims
- Manage calendars (where required), schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and confidential matters as required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
c)Corporate Group Support
- Manage the group’s corporate insurance program
- Coordinate with other Office and Business Managers located in other jurisdictions to deliver cohesive services to the group
- Manage and help design the Travel and Expenses policy with the view of also harmonising with relevant Finance system to adhere to and in alignment with other relevant policies
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum bachelor’s in business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Executive Assistant/Office Management role
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity

- Strong time-management and prioritisation capabilities

Role Summary
As an Investment Analyst, you will be involved in transaction coordination, deal structuring, business and financial diligence, and market analysis. You will be expected to work as a member of a highly effective headquarter based investment team that is responsible for building and growing our investment portfolio both organically via developing greenfield projects as well as inorganically via acquisition opportunities.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Assist in the origination of a pipeline of renewable energy projects and screen investment opportunities
- Maintain up to date understanding of our markets – India, Southeast-Asia, Japan onshore renewables market, including for instance trends, market participants, precedent transactions, and opportunities and support review of strategy to fit environment
- Assist in analysis on opening up new markets for BLEA in East Asia and SE Asia
- Support necessary due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
- Participate in and/or support commercial, legal and financial aspects of deal structuring
- Prepare internal approval papers including analysis and assessment of relevant opportunities to facilitate the Investment Director, Development Director and Blueleaf Energy leadership team to make investment decisions
- Prepare project teaser or information memoranda for debt and equity investors, including responding to potential investor and financier’s commercial and technical due diligence
- Support presentation of deal pipeline and transaction details to the Blueleaf Energy leadership team and Board for review and approval
- Complete regular reporting activities for internal progress management purposes as well as updating Blueleaf Energy leadership on the ongoing deals pipeline and expected timeframes of reaching key milestones
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial or similar level commercial or technical discipline/CA/BA-Finance preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Infrastructure Funds Management with a background in the infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy sector
- Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills to be able to conduct financial analysis, valuation and forecasting
- Ability to create compelling written documents and presentations presenting and supporting the financial analysis that has been undertaken
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams).
- Proactive, detail-oriented and ambitious personality
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and conversational English as well as ability to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Commercial review and negotiation of term sheets and contracts, including acquisitions agreements, shareholder agreements, joint development partnerships, MoUs. Also assist in commercial review of power purchase agreements (PPAs), leases, EPC contract and O&M agreements.
- Prepare internal approval papers including analysis and assessment of relevant opportunities to facilitate the Investment Director, Development Director and Blueleaf Energy leadership team to make investment decisions
- Prepare project teaser or information memoranda for debt and equity investors, including responding to potential investor and financier’s commercial and technical due diligence
- Support presentation of deal pipeline and transaction details to the Blueleaf Energy leadership team and Board for review and approval
- With the support of internal and external counsel, ensure that appropriate legal documentation is successfully concluded in line with approvals and that financial close (i.e. first disbursement) is achieved in a timely fashion
- Complete regular reporting activities for internal progress management purposes as well as updating Blueleaf Energy leadership on the ongoing deals pipeline and expected timeframes of reaching key milestones
- Develop and leverage a network of professional relationships including key external stakeholders (e.g. financial, legal, and commercial advisers), relevant regulatory agencies and industry participants
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Degree or post graduate qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial or similar level commercial or technical discipline
- At least 5 years experience working in infrastructure company or Investment Banking, Private Equity or Infrastructure Funds Management with a background in the infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy sector

Role Summary
This role leads our regionally based entity management team, which ensures our corporate entities are run in accordance with statutory requirements and best practice governance standards. The selected candidate needs to display a balance between leadership, including managing a team and service providers, and delivery, including the high quality company secretarial work. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Singapore.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Accountable for overall good governance and statutory compliance of the company’s entities in accordance with, but not limited to, internal policies, JV/shareholder agreements and external regulations
- Act as the company secretary for Singapore-based companies, managing related aspects of commercial transactions, as well as minutes and drafting ad-hoc resolutions
- Provide end-to-end management and oversight to the company’s growing portfolio of entities across multiple jurisdictions in Asia, which consists of operating, investment, and project companies
- Lead the setup process of new entities, being responsible for time, cost, and quality. Setup includes:
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers where applicable
- Coordination of capital structuring
- Bank account setup
- Any other permits related to core business operations
- Responsible for management of all entity-related external service providers, including oversight of delivery time, quality and cost, annual performance reviews, and selection of new vendors
- Be the main point of contact for certain business units/jurisdictions and take the lead on requests from and transactions involving the entities for which you are responsible
- Ensure entities are managed in accordance with shareholder agreements and/or the constitution
- Supervise a project associate to complete entity management tasks and administration
- Coordinate training for Directors and Key Officers across all countries using internal and external resources
- Devise policies and procedures and ensure they are kept up to date
- Contribute to meeting discussions, and when required advise members of the legal, accounting and tax departments of the implications of proposed legal entity related policies, in relation to company secretarial practice, corporate governance, Singapore company law and internal policies
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and recommend appropriate action.
- Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
- Manage and/or execute corporate projects, special initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.

- Good knowledge and practical application of company law, company secretarial/corporate governance knowledge and corporate administration experience gained in a similar, fast-paced environment
