**Job Description**
**Position Summary**
The Integration Manager - RRP Program will play a critical role in supporting the consolidation, validation, and standardization of legacy Reagent Rental Program (RRP) contracts across the APAC region.
Currently, RRP contracts are managed locally in disparate formats with limited visibility, creating risks related to compliance, data integrity, and governance. This role will be responsible for centralizing historical contract data, ensuring data quality, and supporting migration into a structured, centralized system.
In addition, the role will partner with IT to support the development and deployment of **AI-enabled tools** to extract and digitize contract data from hard copies, improving efficiency and scalability of the RRP data consolidation process.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. RRP Data Consolidation & Structuring**
+ Collect and consolidate **legacy RRP contract data** from multiple countries and formats (including hard copies)
+ Standardize contract information into a **consistent format and structure**
+ Build and maintain a centralized database/repository for RRP contracts
+ Ensure completeness of key data fields (contract terms, pricing, duration, equipment, etc.)
**2. Data Validation & Quality Assurance**
+ Validate historical RRP data with country stakeholders to ensure accuracy
+ Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks
+ Establish data validation rules and quality checks
+ Maintain high standards of **data integrity and audit readiness**
**3. AI Tools Deployment & IT Collaboration**
+ Work closely with IT to support development of **AI/OCR-based tools** to extract data from hard copy contracts
+ Provide business requirements, test outputs, and validate extracted data quality
+ Support implementation and rollout of AI tools across countries
+ Continuously improve automation logic and data extraction accuracy
**4. System Migration & Integration Support**
+ Prepare and cleanse data for migration into a **centralized RRP or commercial system**
+ Support data mapping, formatting, and upload preparation
+ Collaborate with IT on migration activities and data validation
+ Participate in user testing (UAT) and ensure accurate data transition
**5. Governance, Compliance & Documentation**
+ Support development of **RRP data governance framework and standards**
+ Ensure contract data is maintained in line with compliance and audit requirements
+ Document processes, templates, and data definitions
+ Maintain audit trails and version control
**6. Stakeholder Coordination**
+ Act as the key coordinator across **country teams, Commercial, Finance, and IT**
+ Drive data collection, validation, and issue resolution across markets
+ Track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
+ Support communication and alignment across stakeholders
**7. Ongoing Maintenance & Continuous Improvement**
+ Support ongoing updates and maintenance of centralized RRP data
+ Identify opportunities to improve contract management and data processes
+ Contribute to scalable and sustainable RRP operating model
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Management, or related field
+ **3-6 years of experience** in data management, contract administration, commercial operations, or similar roles
+ Strong experience in **Excel and data handling (data cleaning, consolidation, validation)**
+ Exposure to **CRM (e.g., SFDC), SAP, or contract management systems** is a plus
+ Experience supporting **system migration, data cleanup, or integration projects** preferred
+ Experience working with **AI/OCR tools or automation projects** is an advantage
**Skills & Competencies**
+ Strong attention to detail with high standards for **data accuracy and integrity**
+ Excellent **data handling and structuring capability**
+ Strong coordination and project execution skills

**Position Summary**
The Integration Leader - Commercial Systems will lead the end-to-end integration, deployment, and optimization of commercial applications across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Salesforce (SFDC) and associated commercial platforms.
This role plays a critical leadership position in ensuring seamless integration of customer, account, opportunity, and pricing processes, enabling a unified and scalable commercial operating model. The role will work cross-functionally with Commercial, IT, Finance, and country teams to deliver system harmonization, drive adoption, and support business continuity during integration.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Commercial Systems Integration Leadership**
+ Lead end-to-end integration of commercial systems, with primary focus on **SFDC (Customer/Account, Leads, Opportunity, Service, CPQ/Pricing)**
+ Define and execute integration roadmap aligned with overall commercial and TSA exit strategy
+ Drive alignment on future-state system architecture and data model across regions and divisions
+ Manage dependencies across systems including **SAP, ERP, pricing tools, and local country solutions**
**2. SFDC & Core CRM Transformation**
+ Oversee migration, consolidation, or replication of SFDC instances across regions
+ Ensure end-to-end coverage of **Lead-to-Order processes (Lead → Opportunity → Quote → Order)**
+ Partner with IT and global teams on configuration, customization, and deployment strategy
+ Ensure data integrity, master data harmonization, and governance during transition
**3. Project & Program Management**
+ Lead large-scale cross-functional integration programs with multiple workstreams
+ Develop detailed project plans, milestones, governance, and risk mitigation strategies
+ Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure delivery on timelines and business priorities
+ Provide regular executive updates on progress, risks, and decisions
**4. Business Process Alignment & Deployment**
+ Align commercial processes across countries, including:
+ Customer/account management
+ Opportunity pipeline management
+ Pricing, CPQ, and deal governance
+ Identify and resolve gaps between legacy systems and future-state processes
+ Support country deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live execution
**5. Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership**
+ Act as the key interface between Commercial, IT, Finance, and country teams
+ Drive change management, communication, and training for system adoption
+ Support governance forums to enable decision-making across divisions and regions
+ Ensure effective knowledge transfer and sustainable operating model post-integration
**6. Data, Reporting & Performance Enablement**
+ Ensure continuity and accuracy of commercial reporting and KPIs during system transition
+ Partner with analytics teams to enable pipeline visibility and performance tracking
+ Drive improvements in data quality, system usage, and reporting capabilities
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
+ **8-12+ years of experience** in commercial operations, CRM systems, or enterprise system integration
+ Proven experience leading **large-scale system integration / transformation programs**
+ Strong hands-on experience with:
+ **Salesforce (SFDC)** - core modules (Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, Service)
+ **CPQ / Pricing systems**

+ Participate in training and coaching of Technicians and new hires on skills and knowledge on machine operations and adjustments
+ Assist Engineers or Subject Matter Experts for any CI activities.
**Our Requirements:**
+ Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma holders with at least 2-5 years' experience in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance in mechanical aspects.

+ Perform visual, graphical and dimensional inspections on incoming materials and components.
+ Verify Certificates of Conformance (COC), Certificates of Analysis (COA), test reports, and related documentation against purchase specifications and drawings.
+ Ensure inspections comply with Good Documentation Practice (GDP), GMP and established SOPs.
+ Complete inspections within required lead times to support production demand.
+ Identify abnormalities immediately and escalate when necessary.
**B2. Supplier Feedback & Material Release Coordination**
+ Communicate discrepancies in incoming material documentations / products to suppliers promptly.
+ Provide clear, accurate, and timely feedback on detected issues.
+ Ensure all discrepancies are addressed before releasing materials.
+ Highlight and escalate delays that may impact production.
+ Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
**B3. Non‑Conformance Handling**
+ Process non‑conforming materials in accordance with the Non‑Conformance Product Handling Procedure.
+ Assist in supplier's goods defect verification by performing sampling and data collection.
**B4. Quality Notification & Material Control**
+ Raise Quality Notifications (QN) and block and segregate by quarantine of defective materials to prevent unauthorized use.
+ Release materials/components only after verification confirms no quality issues.

+ Participate in daily shift change meetings to communicate inspection progress, issues, and priorities.

+ Identify opportunities to enhance work processes, inspection methods, and workflow efficiency.
