Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive product strategy across the full lifecycle, including launch planning, growth initiatives and lifecycle management.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Lead promotional campaigns, omnichannel marketing activities and customer engagement programmes.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecast product performance and monitor business KPIs.
- Support sales force effectiveness through training, marketing materials and field engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 3–8 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience, including Product Management or Brand Management.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Prior product launch experience will be an advantage.
- Regional/APAC exposure is a plus but not essential.

- Assist in tender and bid queries.
- Provide training and impart knowledge to internal employees and external partners.
- Support B2B project from specification-in to bidding and installation.
- Support the sales engineering team for B2B projects with design, cooling load calculation & other technical activities including field support for installation inspection, technical seminar and troubleshooting trainings.
- Provide information lead to sales team for the securing of projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- At least 4 years of working experience in the Energy industry or related fields
- Possess a Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM) or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) accreditation will be an advantage
- Experience in energy saving and management for chiller systems will be an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge and experiences in all types of HVAC systems used in commercial and industrial buildings will be an advantage
- Experience in compressors and heating system will be an advantage
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work and deliver results under pressure
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

- Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry regulations, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience managing M&E works within mission-critical or Data Centre environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure, including UPS, generators, LV/MV switchgear, cooling systems, BMS/EPMS, fire protection systems , and related critical facilities.
- Good understanding of construction regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
