Key Responsibilities
1. System Reliability & Operations
- Support the availability, scalability, and performance of production systems

- Participate in on-call rotations under guidance
2. Incident Management
- Respond to alerts and incidents following established procedures and runbooks

- Utilize automation and AI-driven tools to improve deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency
