Strong analytical, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills are needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Past experience in negotiating with insurers and packaging competitive solutions to meet client needs are essential. Client servicing including claims, advisory on market trends, related insurance updates to help businesses are all important elements of this role.

Requirement:

· Possess Certificate in General Insurance or equivalent.

· Minimum qualification level: Diploma or higher educations (We are able to accept

candidates without the required qualifications but with relevant experiences).

· Min 5 years of similar experience. (We are able to accept if candidates have lesser

experience on general insurance).

· Ideal to have experience in general classes of insurance i.e. property, public liability,

work injury compensation etc.).

· Strong negotiation and influential skills (Able to negotiate with insurers and influence

clients on proposed recommendations).

· Strong in verbal and written communication.

Job Responsibilities

The Claims Executive will be expected to manage his / her portfolio of clients. Work with various insurers, loss adjusters etc. and front clients on the claims submitted for General Insurance or Health Insurance related products.

  • The Claims Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, and adopt a pro-active approach to advice clients on claims matter and provide technical support to servicing brokers.
  • The Executive will front clients’ claim adjudication i.e. from registration till the end of claims life cycle.
  • Ensure that claims are registered with insurer within 24 hours.
  • Ensure close follow up on claims submission to insurer and claims settlement (cheque will need to be sent out to clients within 48h).
  • Work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, lawyers, etc. on claims and negotiate for claims to be reimbursed fairly and timely to clients. Upon receiving of the settlement, we will then explain to clients on the basis of the settlement.
  • Prepare and provide weekly / monthly claims activity / review / analysis reports, bordereaux, and claims logs, etc.
  • Prepare, review and analyze claims profiling with clients regularly.
  • Ensure proper documentation trail submitted by clients and documents are electronically fille and hardcopy filing are maintained as per protocol.

Requirements

  • Possess Certificate in General Insurance and/or Health Insurance, CII/SII, ANZIFF or equivalent
  • Min 3 years of similar experience
  • Experienced claims handler who is able to handle high volume of work
  • High integrity, responsive, organized eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive & Personal Support (Chairman & CEO)

3. Event & Internal Coordination

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and internal activities. Support logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination for corporate functions.

Requirements & Attributes

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Office Administration & Personal Assistant role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives with high levels of confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common workplace productivity tools.

The Executive Assistant is required to provide admin support to the team of servicers and ensure proper documentation for each policy placed and be up to date with all electronic filing matters.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Account Servicing team and ensure proper documentation trail when policies are placed.
  • Able to handle Foreign Worker Bonds placement independently.
  • Prepare coverage summary, cover note, Certificate of Insurance, enclosure letters etc.
  • Assist with the invoicing for the Account Servicing Team. Ensure all correspondences and documentations are electronically filed in the company’s documentation storage systems.
  • Update expiry list for the department you are handling and policy renewal status
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials and renewal data.
  • Ideal to have Certificate of General Insurance (If candidate does not have CGI at point of joining, it is encouraged that the candidate takes up the exam if candidate is identified to have potential)
  • Have good follow up skills and documentation trail.
  • Ideal to have experience from insurance broking companies.
  • Eye for detail and able to work in a team environment supporting a team of colleagues.
