**The Opportunity**
As the Area FP&A Manager, you will provide financial planning and analysis support for ANI Pacific Asia. This role plays a key part in regional consolidation, performance analytics, and financial reporting, partnering with affiliates and regional leadership to drive business insights and decision-making.
**What You'll Do**
+ Support FP&A monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles across Actuals, Plan, and Latest Best Estimate (LBE)
+ Consolidate regional financials including Sales, P&L, SG&A, and Brand P&L
+ Perform eCommerce reporting consolidation and maintain Sales/P&L reference files
+ Extract and validate data from financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for reporting accuracy
+ Consolidate and analyze financial commentaries (DSO, DOH, Balance Sheet)
+ Manage area cost center reporting and forecasting activities
+ Consolidate capital expenditure requests and ensure alignment with financial plans
+ Support annual cost change and planning exercises

**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline

+ Provide scientific and medical input to launch and cross‑functional teams (Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory) to support successful oncology brand launch, ensuring scientific accuracy, balance, and compliance with medical governance standards.
+ Proposal: Build and maintain high‑impact scientific partnerships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support scientific exchange, gather launch‑relevant insights, and understand unmet medical needs within the disease area.
+ Leads and facilitates scientific discussion between Abbott staff and external KOLs on Abbott related products and therapeutic areas
+ Proposal: Contribute to the initiation, execution, and follow‑up of oncology clinical studies, real‑world evidence initiatives, and Medical Affairs projects, in accordance with approved protocols, governance frameworks, and SOPs.
+ _Develop, review, and adapt oncology_ _‑_ _specific scientific materials (e.g., slide decks, disease education content) for external use at local scientific meetings, advisory boards, discussion forums, and formulary or HTA submissions_ .
+ Serves as a point of medical query answer provider on queries received from external key stakeholders (e.g. KOLs, doctors, allied healthcare professionals etc.) and internal stakeholders (e.g. other functions such as QA, RA, PV, Commercial team etc.)
+ Share feedback and scientific insights from HCPs and other stakeholders with cross‑functional teams in line with established processes

**Minimum Education:**
+ Degree / advanced degree (e.g. BPharm, PharmD, MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred

+ Awareness and understanding of drug development, clinical trials and medical affairs

**POSITION SUMMARY** **:**
The Health Economics & Reimbursement (HE&R) Coordinator/Assistant Manager, APAC provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the APAC HE&R organization and the Regional Director - HE&R APAC.
This role serves as a central coordination point for regional team operations, including calendar and meeting management, budgeting, travel and expenses, reporting support, team activities, documentation, and cross-functional follow-up across APAC markets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment. In addition to strong administrative capabilities, the role offers opportunities to support regional projects, operational initiatives, and process improvement over time.
**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Maintain trackers, templates, documentation, SharePoint folders, and internal knowledge repositories to support team operations and planning cycles
+ Support preparation and consolidation of regional reports, dashboards, and leadership updates, including coordination of the APAC HE&R activity tracker and country inputs
+ Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, expense management, and administrative support for the Regional Director - HE&R APAC
+ Support travel planning,logistics, expense submissions, reimbursement processes, and ensure compliance with company policies
+ Coordinate regional and global meetings, including scheduling across time zones, agenda management,logistics, minutes, and follow-up tracking
+ Manage purchase orders (POs), invoice tracking, vendor coordination, budgeting workflows, and cross-charge processes in collaboration with finance and procurement teams
